Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on iOS in Latvia Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the carpooling and ridesharing app landscape in Latvia on the iOS platform reflected diverse trends in user engagement and downloads. According to Sensor Tower data, the following insights highlight the performance of the top five apps in this category.

Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a consistent download pattern throughout the quarter, starting at around 700 downloads in early October and experiencing minor fluctuations, reaching approximately 642 downloads by the end of December. Despite these variations, no revenue data was recorded.

Uber - Request a ride showed a stable download trend, commencing the quarter with 370 downloads. The app's downloads dipped slightly mid-quarter but recovered to 368 downloads by the last week of December. Similar to Bolt, no revenue figures were available.

For Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery, downloads increased steadily over the quarter. Starting with 46 downloads, the app concluded December with a peak of 139 downloads, demonstrating gradual user interest.

Careem – rides, food & more experienced modest fluctuations in downloads. Beginning at 58 downloads, the app saw a peak of 93 downloads towards the end of November before settling at 66 downloads in the final week of December.

inDrive. Save on city rides witnessed an upward trend in downloads, starting from 42 downloads and reaching 81 by the end of the quarter. This increase indicates growing user engagement over the months.
